I tried getting my identity verified and it just would not go through. I uploaded clear photos, checked everything, and it still kept failing for no obvious reason. Support took forever to get back to me, and I still can’t even use my account. Really frustrating.

I signed up thinking the costs were gonna be simple, then later I started seeing extra fees I didnt really get at first. Maybe the info is somewhere on the site, but it sure wasnt easy to find. Just felt kinda misleading and annoying, so I ended up closing my account.

i really want this platform to work better, but it’s been frustrating. pages freeze on me, logging in randomly fails sometimes, and i end up having to restart way more than i should. it’s just not stable enough when i actually need to use it.

I was hoping the lessons would give me some clear takeaways or easy mental shortcuts to actually use, but they felt shallow. A few parts also left me more confused than when I started, so it just didn’t really click for me.

I placed a few trades on hapi.com, the fills just didn’t seem right to me. I’d see one price on the screen, but by the time the order went through, it was usually worse than I expected. I can’t say for sure what was happening, but even on names that looked liquid, it felt like there was some kind of lag or I was just ending up with the roughest price.

I reached out to support, but the replies were mostly generic and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe other people have a smoother experience there, I don’t know, but for me the execution didn’t feel dependable. At this point, I’m not comfortable trading on it anymore.

I just never felt that comfortable using HAPI.com!!! Something about the account security felt a bit weak to me, and the login alerts and verification steps weren’t super clear. I kept feeling like I didn’t really have enough control over what was going on with my account!!!

No real warning beforehand, and then I went digging through the support pages like I was solving some international mystery, only to find basically nothing helpful. it felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. If you’re not in the “right” country, good luck, because apparently that’s the end of the road.

The dividend stuff feels clunky and unclear. Not thrilled with how it’s handled

I was hoping to use hapi for crypto too, but the options are limited?? A few coins I usually buy just aren’t there, so I still end up using another app for that. It’s fine for the basic stuff, but when it comes to crypto, it feels a bit unfinished. Hopefully they add more coins soon

i mean, I’ve tried using hapi.com a few times now and the site just feels so sluggish. Pages take ages to load, some buttons don’t even respond when I click them, and once I got logged out while I was just waiting around. It’s frustrating when you’re only trying to check something quickly. Not sure if it’s an issue with their servers or the website itself, but the performance really isn’t great. I ended up giving up after a while.

I’ve used it a few times and the exchange rates are just not great lol. Every time I end up feeling like I lost money, which is super frustrating tbh.
